We will create your Client Office Area into our Online Project Management System. You will receive a welcome email that details your log in access plus instructions on how to use your client office area to your best advantage. Simultaneously, our Billing Department will contact you for the payment process.

We will agree with our official start date and formally introduce you to your staff/team, as well as the point of contacts in areas of:

  1. Project Management (general operations)
  2. IT Support (technical concerns)
  3. Sales / Billing

We also have department managers who you may collaborate with depending on the nature of your business and services we are providing.

You can now delegate your tasks to your staff/team and these tasks will closely be monitored by our Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers ensuring all of your work are completed on time and to an excellent standard.

Your Virtual Assistant(s) starts working with you.On daily basis, your staff/team will send you a Task Progress Report (TPR) for tasks performed at end of each working shift. On weekly basis, the assigned Project Manager will send you a Staff Weekly Timesheet (SWT) of tasks performed for the week and days worked.

On monthly basis, our Billing Department will send a monthly report of Attendance of your staff/team for billing/renewal purposes.
